Notes: 1) This meet is intended
to serve as a development meet for your JV-level athletes. The Bishop Loughlin
Games take place at the Armory this weekend; your Varsity athletes should be
competing there.
2) Athletes may compete in no more than two events.
3) Seeding: No cards or stickers for
individual events. Runners should come
to check-in with realistic seed time in mind.
Relays need index cards with School name and seed time. Names not needed. All seeding done by clerk at check in.
4) Coaches responsible for own
times, but some results will be posted at http://www.fordhamprep.org/track/entries/index.htm
5) We
will enforce a STRICT NO SPIKES RULE!!
If the University’s wooden basketball floor is damaged at all we will
lose all our meet dates. Violators
will be disqualified.
6) When possible, the shot
put events will be held at the Fordham Prep gym. Throwers should meet at the

ahead of schedule if possible.
Special Shot Put Notes: the shot put has become a popular event and
has led to some problems. Coaches,
please observe the following:
A) Vars/Soph throws over 45 feet will be disqualified. Each meet coincides with a major invitational
at the Armory. Your best throwers belong
there.
B) Throwers must help retrieve shots if asked.
Those who refuse will be disqualified.
C) No pre-flight warm-ups, only pre-event warm-ups.
D) All SP Events: 3 throws, no finals.
